Dr. Beltgens is very personable, at least the miniscule time I saw her. She rarely looked at my teeth, but was ready to send me to periodontalists. Also, she said I had a small cavity, but I didn't "qualify" to get it repaired, since she wasn't sure she could save my teeth. (I have good insurance. Two years later, I still have my teeth and they're fine)
Her office was decorated like a palace. Her accounting, however, was a mess! After the third time of forcing them to make adjustments due to their shoddy accounting practices, I no longer go to this dentist. Buyer beware. She's out to make herself a platinum nose, in my opinion.

I was new to town and the dentist is not my favorite place. However, I was suprisingly impressed from the first moment I walked in the door. The facility is state-of-the-art and the service is great. Dr. Beltgens is extremely smart and explains things in a way that anyone can understand. She is great with kids too! The staff makes you feel comfortable. If you have a problem they get you in right away.
The cost is moderate. However, I am willing to pay more for better service. It is worth it to have someone you feel is doing the best work that can possibly be done. My overall experience with this facility is great.

I recently switched dentists and started using Dr. Beltgens. It's hard to describe how much of an improvement it is. Her office is very comfortable and inviting, the customer service is great, and they are very modern and high-tech. I had several cavities filled over 2 appts that my previous dentist missed or ignored and it all went very smoothly. It's by far the best dentist experience I've ever had. My wife thought I was exaggerating until she went for her check up and she loves them too now.
