I went to her and she persuaded me to do a very expensive procedure. She assured me that the insurance will cover 50%-75% of the cost. I asked her twice and she claimed to have checked with insurance company on the procedure. I finished the procedure and paid my portion of the bill.
A month later I get a letter from a collection agency claiming I have an debt from Long Island Dental Spa. I was very surprised and found out that my insurance only paid 10% of the cost and I'm being billed for the rest. What made it even worse, I NEVER received any bill or call from Long Island Dental Spa about this outstanding balance.
She may be a good dentist but watch your wallet. She will upsell you and rip you off!!

Dr. Hsu was gentle and patient with me. She thoroughly explained my procedure and showed me examples of her work. She considered my financial limitations and made me feel comfortable. I plan to return for routine cleanings and future procedures. I highly recommend this dentist, she makes dentistry an art form.
Her office is very clean and has beautiful scenic photographs (taken by her!) hanging in each room. The chairs have TVs and headphones to keep you busy. The other staff members were friendly and polite. They scheduled my visit promptly and I did not wait long.

My family recently switched to Dr. Hsu. Her office is very clean with modern equipment. Dr. Hsu is very good and gentle.
Best of all, her shot did NOT hurt at all. It was a very PLEASANT dental viist.

My neighbor had recommended Dr. Hsu's office when my tooth broke. The staffs at the office are great and helpful to clam the fear I used to get at the dentist. Dr. Hsu is the the most "gentle" dentst I had ever met. I am glad that I found a great dentist. N. R.
