2 days after close to 4 hour procedure: $1500 out of pocket + insurance has left me unable eat. Drinking is a challenge. My face and gums are still swelling. My gums are bleeding and oozing puss. I have tried to contact them (including multiple calls to their emergency number), but they simply have not responded. Pain is off the charts. I can do is cry at this point. Emergency dentist would not treat me due to liability & was told to return to him immediately. It has been 4 days and one filling has fallen out, 2 abscesses (one has burst), and 2 teeth are now loose and at risk of being pulled. My gums are horribly infected, and I have an entire root exposed. Through social media...I have found many prior patients in the same predicaments.

Pulled out all teeth. I was scared, but everything went great. Got new dentures, and a 1000000.00 smile. Thanks Dr. Vera!!!!

I would not recommend this man to my worst enemy!!! he extracted two molars for me five weeks ago!! I have called numerous times to let then know something was not right! I woke up today still in pain! I called there office today to be told they could not see me! I pitched a fit so she told me to come it! The dentist did not even look at my fully exposed jaw bone but defined his work and told he wasn't dealing with me because I was upset! took my apron off and told me to get out! when I told him I would be contacting my insurance company about this matter he said to me " well I will be documenting your threats!" So needless to say I have turned him into every department I can!!!! don't deal with this man!!! he is a joke!!!!

Dr vera is nice and gentle when doing dental work i love this place. Price are ok

Dr. is a nice person. Staff nice people. Not pleased with billing/insurance copay is always twice what insurance company says it will be. Not pleased with outcome of treatment went in with no pain now have pain.

facility is old & should be re-modeled ; the same dental assistants have worked there for the last 5 years & are very friendly. Dr Vera is very upfront with you & doesnt beat around the bush. Also accepts payment plans but does not do work without payment. I have had teeth pulled, filled & gotten a crown placement. Never been in too much pain after tooth filling, or being pulled. Office staff are friendly.
