Dr Brooks failed to do an alveoloplasty with immediate denture with extractions and my son could hardly wear the denture. He was being transferred to another state but planned on following up. Dr Brooks when informed of problem claimed my son was in a hurry to get it done. While my son needed this done alveoloplasty should have been done at the same time so what kind of explanation was that. His office also sold him oral hygiene water pik or tooth brushing system st s very inflated fee without my consent while my son was using my care credit card. Very money driven. Be cautious please.

I had multiple extractions, individual implants and a Hegar Bar for a lower denture. Dr. Brooks and staff were always pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Brooks is a magician with local anesthesia..Practically painless. Treatment room and office were always immaculate. Appointment times were prompt.
Susan was the best hygienist I have ever had.
Overall: Dr. and staff were top notch.

When comparing cost of procedures with other dentists in the same area, I found Dr Brooks to be at least 1/3rd higher. I. like others always feel the staff is trying to "sell" me additional work.
About Hygienist: Angie is great! However, she also talked me into a four month checkup instead of my normal six month checkup

Dr. Brooks is the most gentle, honest dentist I have ever met. His staff made me feel very comfortable and involved my input in my treatment every step of the way. I feel I made the right choice with Dr. Brooks, he is clearly one of the best DDS in OKC!
About Hygienist: Dr. Brook's hygienist Angie, is very experienced and genlte. She was pleasant to visit with and complete and interested in my health. She listened to me and made me very comfortable the entire appointment. I will recommend a visit to her to all my family and friends and look forward to many more cleaning visits with her care.

The only negative of this doctor is that I felt like I was always being 'sold' by his staff to get more and more. They are clearly on a commission. The dentist himself also seemed a little bit that same way. Other than that, great.

I had five grand worth of crowns put in the top front and have had to redo and repay because he left in root tips or improperly sealed them and they fell out.

When I moved to the OKC area, I was looking for a new dentist and chose Brooks Smile Design based on information from the website, http://www.brooksdental.net/. Everyone is very friendly at the office from the receptinist to the hygienist to Dr. Brooks himself. On your first visit they even take you into a nice room to meet everyone and ask questions about your life and allow you to ask questions as well. The facilities are very nice and I have had no problems with anything from working with me on appointment scheduling, insurance payment, and any procedures. However, I wouldn't say it is a dental spa and I have seen no signs of aromatherapy or paraffin hand treatments as promised on the website. Once I did see an empty plate where some of the homemade cookies must have been. Also, although Dr. Brooks is a very polite and warm man, he has spent a total of probably 2 minutes with me over all my visits. I personally like a little more attention from the dentist even if I don't have serious problem to correct. Overall, a positive experience, but does not live up to promises of an amazing experience. They no longer mention aromatherapy, but still no warm cloths or hand treatments have I seen.
