If the entire staff were as cordial and friendly as Dr. Reed himself is, we would gladly make the effort it takes to get into this office to be seen. The office is only open Tuesday-Thursday until early-mid afternoon which makes scheduling extremely frustrating and not customer-friendly.
Another consideration future patients might feel worthy of considering, the length of time for our child's braces is currently running 2x as long as originally anticipated. While thoroughness is appreciated (esp. given that Dr. Reed's pricing is much higher than other ortho's in the area), the lengthy time period of monthly struggles to get an appointment time that works with our busy schedules is extremely annoying. So much so that we will be utilizing another ortho that comes highly recommended by many friends for our other children.
