I have been going to see Dr. Cheng for over a year now. This is a great office, I would recommend my family and friends there. Everyone is so nice and helpful, it makes going to the dentist much more easier!!

Office manager is extremely rude and looks like she belongs on a street corner, dresses completely inappropriate for a dental office. Dr. Richard Yong was extremely cocky but a completely clueless dentist, if you can even call him that. Everything looked dirty and I even saw them saving bags that were just used. When I noticed an assistant almost took my x-rays while being 6 months pregnant which was clearly noticeable, I asked to see his license. Not only could he not show me his but all the "assistants" were not licensed or qualified. Never again will I return here.

I sat down and was amazed to see how dirty everything was. Not only was the floor dirty, everything was dusty, and the drawer handles looked liked they hadn't been cleaned in months. I am surprised that this office is still open.
