Me and my wife went to her clinic with recommendations from a referral service. First, we found out Polly Chan wasn't actually in the clinic as a dentist. She runs the business. The facility looks great. But the dentists and nurses there wasn't helpful.
One of dentist told my wife she needed a crown. She agreed to have the treatment but they can't get the crown until several visits later.
Another dentist told me I needed a fill-in. After working on it, she told me I needed root canal treatment. After starting the treatment, and having me coming back to the clinic every week for a month, she told me she was unable to finish it!
I went to another dentist in Palo Alto after that. (BTW, he is good!) By looking at the X-ray before, he said even the fill-in wasn't necessary. But the tooth was already open. He referred me to an endodontist in Stanford. The procedure was completed in 30 minutes!
I truely do NOT recommend Polly Chan's clinic.

It is a wonderful practice. I have lived in eight different cities all over the world. This is by far one of the best practice I have ever been to.
