Dr. Volinski was a referral for my dental anxiety which he cured - mostly. I do not want anyone else to put their hands in my mouth. He has kept my teeth in my head and I'm now a senior citizen who can eat corn on the cob. But for him I'd be confined to eating creamed corn.
About Hygienist: The hygenists make it their personal mission to get to know your teeth and let you know when you're not being kind to them.

Dr. Volinski and his staff are great. He takes time to talk to you. He won't do work you don't need. He is good with minimizing pain. Great with insurance and billing. Receptionist is cranky sometimes, but everyone else is delightful.

Great! Quick and flexible, but still takes time to explain. He will tell you the truth and won't do unnecessary work. He believes in the least invasive treatment first. I feel that he really considers the overall health and future of your teeth. It is clear that he really loves what he does and does it well. Office hours are extremely accommodating, early, early appts.
Professional, likable, and has an awesome moustache.
About Hygienist: All hygienists have been very friendly and helpful. There is one receptionist that is a little hit or miss customer service wise, but don't let it deter you. They have a great staff.

Dr. Volinsky is a great dentist and his people are as well. When I initially moved to Philadelphia 19 years ago, he was my first dentist. I have had three other dentists who were more local to me, but I always came away disappointed. I live and work in the suburbs but it's worth it to me to take the time to have them work on my teeth.

I have been going to Dr. Volinski's office for my cleanings, checkups, fillings, and crowns for about ten years - ever since he was recommended to me by several people. His office hours are very convenient and flexible. He is very gentle and friendly. He did a fantastic job on my crowns - top front six teeth! He was very reasonably priced and worked with my insurance company on my behalf. I highly recommend him and his whole office - especially Jennifer the hygenist, and Dr. Francis Smithgall, who is also in that office.
