The worst dentist! HE cut my tongue with the drill every time I saw him. Rude, arrogant, sloppily dressed, looks like an alcoholic, very rough on me, talks down to dental assistants and patients, unclean, turns my head by putting his finger in my mouth like a hook and is very rough. He cut my tongue so bad the last time that I spit up blood for two days. The assistant was so upset with how he treated me that she took photos of my bleeding tongue to show the owner of the practice. They had a hard time getting my tongue to stop bleeding. wouldn't let my pets go to him. He has cut my tongue severally every time I saw him. Not to mention the crowns he put in kept falling out, scratched my gums, lost a crown that I just had put in and need to be glued in, leaves sharp edges on the tooth that he was working on, cancelled appointments several times. Would walk out of the room for 30+ minutes leaving me in pain, I can't find one thing positive to ssy about him. Even the office workers, hygienist, dental assitents, etc. couldnt stand him. Thank heavens the assistant knew he had really messed up and took photos with their cell phones to show how much he damaged my mouth, and left me in extreme pain. STAY AWAY FROM DR NORMAN CALWAY FAGEN.

Very dirty equipment, would say he had to work on one tooth and would work on another, cancelled appts frequently, the crown he gave me wouldnt fit

A bad dentist. I would not recommend him to anyone. He does bad work and does not stand behind it when it does not correct the issue or if it falls out, etc.

Really bad office management. Frequent un announced cancellations which i have to find out arriving on appointment; appointments given when office is closed; un professional in dealing with patient complaints and concerns.
I wont recommend this office to anyone because of bad managment and customer service.
About Hygienist: My Hygenist were exceptionally professional and supportive. I really miss her

When my front tooth crown came off, he replaced it with one that was too long and caused me to bite down on it constantly, causing bruising and pain (apart from the cosmetic factor). He said, I would "get used to it". Also caused me to have to have an emergency root canal, when he dismissed my molar pain and sent me back home twice (in spite of appointment!), due to over-crowding and over-scheduling. A horrible, horrible experience!

Poor facilities. Office is run down and equipment appears aged. i have had 2 appointments cancelled due to overscheduling and the average wait is often 30+ minutes. Finally, I had root canal and crown which have so far required 6 appointments and the crown has alrady come off twice. Mnay of the treatments were extrememely painful as well causing high anxiety.
