I took my 2 children there for a teeth cleaning. She was the absolute WORST dentist I have ever been too! She was very rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, grouchy, and didn't care for anyone elses thoughts. Her office staff told me I could leave and to schedule a 6 month cleaning and I told her I would call her back, then Elizabeth had came out and yelled at me and gave me a scowl look and told me she wasn't finished. I do believe that was her offices responsibility to inform me of that and she should have never came at me the way she did. And her office was very small and just very old and not comforting looking as I had expected when I made the appointment, not to mention very hard to find the location of it unless you are very familiar with the St. Charles area. I will never recommend any person I know to see this dentist.

I originally went to "Dr." Stansbrough because she was cheap and i prefer women doctors. The first time I went it was really quick and easy. Although I was pretty offended by her "you should try flossing" comment. I came back 6 months later and was literally in her chair about 5 minutes. She tap around a little bit and said everything looked really good. Since it seemed so easy I told my dad to go to her and she didn't even touch his teeth!! So as I'm writing my face is completely numb because I.decided to change dentist and found out I have EIGHT cavities!!! This blows my mind since I take good care of my teeth (floss daily) And had just been to tue dentist not that long ago. So now I'm $1,600 poorer and spending my whole day off trying to get feeling back in my face. ELIZABETH STANSBROUGH SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TOUCH ANYONE!!! SHE'S AN OLD LAZY HACK WHO SHOULD BE CHECKING OUT PEOPLE IN WAL-MART RATHER THAN CHARGING PEOPLE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO POKE AROUND AND ACT LIKE SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING

Dr. Stansbrough was extremely rude to myself and my daughter. She yelled at me in the lobby in front of other patients for asking a question. She spent a total of 7 minutes with my daughter (no assistant or hygenist) including cleaning - which she performed without gloves. The cleaning was so bad I had to take my daughter to another dentist, which was not covered by insurance because I had already used the once every six month visit with Dr. Stansbrough. I strongly recommend AGAINST using this dentist.
