The whole office staff here is phenomenal. The young man who works the front desk has exceptional customer service skills and made sure my check in was a breeze. The assistants who prepped me had great customer service skills and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I went to 3 other emergency dentist appointments before getting a referral to Dr. Gutarts. He made sure I left my appointment no longer in agonizing pain. My visit to this office has surpassed every single dentist appointment I’ve ever had in my entire life and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a dental need based off of the attentiveness and care I received.

I had to see Dr. Gutarts on an emergency basis and was scheduled in for a consult right away. Finding out I needed a root canal I informed Dr. Gutarts that I was leaving on a cruise to Europe and didn't feel comfortable waiting until I returned home. Dr. Gutarts was able to fit me in within three days over a Holiday weekend. On the day of my appointment Dr. Gutarts greeted me in the waiting room and after administering the novocaine he indicated that the hard part was over. Of course, I laughed after being flooded with memories of very painfull root canals experienced in the past. But he was right. It was the least painful root canal I have ever had. It was done quickly and efficiently. Calming chairside manner.
