April 2008, implant was placed on #10 immediately after tooth exaction. it was placed with close to #9, which is a very healthy tooth. From April 2008-Aug. 2008, I have over 10 office visit to check up the progress of the implant.
Aug. 2008, it was found out from another office that implant has no bone covering the facial site of implant at all by CTScan result. The implant was taken out easily by screw it out. It was not integrated at all.
For medical record, I tried to ask for a complete medical record since 2006. I had another implant done by Dr. kanani on tooth 19. but follow up x-ray of bone grafting on #19 and implant integration progress of #19 implant was still missing.
