I've been going to Dr. Toney for quite a while and I can say that everything from his exceptional customer service, honesty and attention to detail is the reason I ENJOY my visits to the dentist. No, he is not cheap. But you get what you pay for and I am extremely satisfied with results. I've had cleanings, fillings, and in office teeth whitening. The staff is amazing and helps with everything. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
About Front Desk: The front staff is great. They checked on my insurance and filed it. I get reminder emails, texts and/ or reminder calls. They treat me like family and not just another patient.

About Hygienist: I've seen all 3 of his hygienists and they are all fantastic. They are very personable, care about my needs, fears and health.

This guy is the best. He and his staff treat you like family and do an excellent job. They accept insurance up front, but they are not on any HMO plans, only dental PPO plans. He is wonderful and is also a kind human being. I highly recommend this dentist!

He allows assistants to seat crowns. One asst. actually shortened a new molar crown (prior to cementing). She continued to sand it down, while I kept telling to stop. I followed up with Dr. Toney because other crowns were showing 'wear down' spots because I believed my bite was now compromised. He claimed he saw no problems. I now have two teeth broken completely off at the gum line. I'm forced to go to a prosthodontist.
