When Dr. Wang extracted my daughter's tooth, she didn't do it correctly and half of the tooth was still left in my daughter's mouth. After my daughter complained the pain, we went back to see Dr. Wang. But Dr. Wang denied that the extraction was not complete, said everything was fine, and let us go home. After I insisted to let Dr. Wang do the extraction again, she extracted the other half of the tooth and was surprised that I was correct. Then all she said was weird things do happen sometimes with no explanation and sympathy to the patient.
Horrible experience and no sympathy to the patients.

Dr. Wong is my 5 y.o. daughter's dentist and she is just great. The office is totally kid friendly with everything in miniature sizes. My daughter was in a phase where she was scared of "bones" and had to have an X-ray. They could not have been nicer. They explained everything to her in language she could understand and made the visit really fun. I highly reccomend her.
