Amazing Orthodontist, great staff and Dr. Prince is the best actually. I just got done with my Invisalign treatment, and to be honest, I am really impressed with the results. I would actually highly suggest everyone to get Invisalign because it actually works pretty fascinating and there are less restrictions than braces have. If you can keep up with the routine of wearing them 22 hours everyday for your 13-15 month treatment, you are good to go.

I had braces prior to coming to Dr. Prince. I relocated here and found him online. My shief complaint with himis that he des not seem to remember what he has planned to do with my teeth each time I go in. I see a different assistant each time so everyone seems a little confused about what we are doing.

About Front Desk: Today I received an e-mail saying my payment for this month was returned and to contact the to make my final payment.I called the office immediately to inquire and expressed that according to the website I thought I had made my last payment in Nov.In response I am told very rudely that I have a Dec payment and that it was returned as well as two other payments.I utilize flexible spending accounts from me and my spouses' job. When I signed my contract,Vicki explained to me that when the flex funds run out,the payments will be returned. I guess she forgot this and neglected to research my account enough to see I paid with a different card my last 3 payments. After paying over $3000 on my account out of pocket,I am not going to bail out on making my last payment, but I will always exercise my right to make sure that I am not being overcharged by anyone! It is amazing how nice people can be when they are trying to get your money. My husband had decided to get his braces next month. Not here.

changing orthodontist due to moving, I then realized that Dr. prince is quite over priced and please read your contract. My new orthodontist suggested a refinement of my invisalign's therefore a new set of Invisalign's were ordered and delivered free of charge to me. But under Dr Prince's contract, it indicated that any new or refined Invisalign's would be at our cost. also the price for a retainers charged by Dr. prince was exhorbent vs. the charge for retainers that my new orthodontist is charging. i feel the quality of expertise of my new orthodontist supersedes Dr. Prince

My daughter had braces with Dr. Prince in 2010. The initial application was done poorly and 5 of the brackets fell off within the first month, even though she was following the eating and care instructions. I was mortified as we had been told that after 4 loose brackets we would be charged $40 per occurrence. Once they were reapplied appropriately I can honestly I say I had few complaints until we got to the retainer stage. She was told at one of her post treatment appointments that she really needed another retainer made, as this one was cast directly after the braces were removed (just as they recommended) and since her gums were swollen from the removal it wasn't fitting as it should. I was okay with that, but not the news that the replacement retainer would cost an additional $600. Seems they should have covered that since it was in no way are fault. We opted to forgo the replacement retainer, and now, over a year later her teeth are still straight, so guess there was not that much of an issue. I don't think the assistants (though most are very personable) have any professional training at applying orthodontic appliances. I feel they may just be the regular "joe" hired of the street and taught by Dr. Prince.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff is easy to reach and always returns calls. Main receptionist is a little loud, but friendly and knowledgeable.

I had been with Dr.Prince for 2 years, I got my braces on and off in junior high. I just came back from seeing a different orthodontist and guess what...I HAVE TO GET BRACES AGAIN. I had an issue with my teeth where my baby tooth that I got pulled out never grew in as an adult tooth, and Dr.Prince told me I had to have surgery ONCE. But failed to ever bring it up again even though he knew my teeth could have shifted if I didn't have surgery any time soon. Yet he failed to tell me the consequences. Not only that, his staff has overcharged us everytime. Always billing us for unnecessary things. I broke my retainer once and his staff said I HAD to have 4 adjustments to my new retainer. Each adjustment was $90 each, just to take a dental instrument and adjust the wire of my retainer. So guess what. We paid all this money and I endured braces for 2 years. My mom and I had to tolerate some of the rudest people ever. And 3 years later, I end up having to get braces AGAIN. Do yourself, your kid(s), and your wallet a favor, and avoid going to Dr. Prince. Don't let them end up like me. Now I'm a Junior who's going into her Senior Year with braces on. Call me a drama queen but I didn't expect going off to college with braces still on.

About Front Desk: If I could give them no stars I would. Overcharge you for EVERYTHING. And others may say differently. But save yourself. Seriously. There are so many better orthodontists out there.

Dr. Prince worked on all three of my children. One of my children had Invisilign treatment and had a fast and easy treatment. My other two children had too many teeth in their mouths and required extensive treatment. Dr. Prince did a great job correcting their jaws and turning their smiles into the most beautiful thing I ever saw! Thank you Dr. Prince!

All I have to say is make sure you pay as slow as you can because once you pay in full, the service you get goes downhill. The ORTHO takes 2-3 month hiatus for personal situations, the staff has horrible customer service. The wait time is awful. You leave in worst shape than your initial visit. My advice stick to one TECH for continuity. The TECHS or the ORTHO are not on the same page. The ORTHO needs to invest in some glasses or get laser eye surgery, his eyesight is bad.

Dr Prince did an awesome job on both of my childrens braces. The treatment went faster than expected. The cost was okay. Not bad when compared to others. The staff is nice and good at what they do. If a bracket does come off they get you in right away. I only have good things to say. And it's nice to have a doctor with a sense of humor. Thank you my Prince!

His staff could not seem to get the brackets to stay on, after the first 5 brackets, the cost is $40 to put on the brackets. Every office visit for the 1st 7 months, I was paying an extra $40. They would not accept resposibility for the brackets falling off, it was my son's fault...what he was eating, how he was chewing, his hygene, etc. Anything but their fault. Longest wait time for a 20 minute appointment was 1hour and 45 minutes. On top of that, he wants to take the braces off...the teeth aren't straight. His office is a money pit. The only nice thing I can say is the receptionist is nice.
