Dr. Sykes is a wonderful dentist and has treated not only myself, but my children painlessly for many years! My children LOVE to go to the dentist! They have never felt anything he's ever done and have just layed there happily enjoying the tv above them. (they get to pick a movie from his huge selection) Doctor Sykes has wonderful hygienists, as well as office staff.

Dr. Sykes is very busy but very casual and takes plenty of time with patients. He has a large staff that are very qualified and whom he monitors closely. The office will file insurance for you and wait for payment from insurance. Dr. Sykes is very concerned with patient comfort (nitrous oxide available) and also in patients having an attractive smile after treatment. He has six stations including one used by the hygienist for cleanings. All patient cubes have two televisions (one ahead and one in ceiling above). You are allowed your own choice of tv station or a movie choice from a vast VCR collection. Also you can have headphones to hear the television or a music selection and not hear the dental office sounds. Dr. Sykes office is closed on Wednesdays, but he is open for late appointments several days a week. He is one-of-a-kind dentist and there are some people who travel quite a long distance to obtain his services. It is not a fancy office, but it is very clean and well-maintained. The waiting room is comfy like home and has so many good magazines that the waiting time flies by. I give the office high marks. I recommend Dr. Sykes to regular people that want quality care.
