my son and i were both patients of welch orthodontics & we love the staff that works here. everyone is so nice and caring. i would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

About Front Desk: the staff is so friendly and caring. i could not of wanted anything more. the staff feels more like family.

Originally running late for every appointment. Gotten better but will sit in chair upwards of 20 minutes for Doctor to do final check. Waiting room and front desk open so every conversation is out in the open for all to hear. Don't break a bracket. It takes 3 weeks to get a bracket fix appointment in turn prolonging the effectiveness of the braces. Meaning more visits to this annoying place. Always put on hold when calling. Man at front desk (Office Manager) is creepy. He is slow and his comments are unwarranted. He is the first one you see. This enough reason to run as he handles the insurance, the appointments, the money, etc. Went to Dr. Welch because he took both insurances but he keeps trying to collect from me for a broken bracket. This is all covered between the two insurances. Crazy thing is my other son was in braces for 4 years with another orothontist in town and he never had one broken bracket. What does that say about the quality of work? The creepy man does his accounting "old school" in accounting books. He pages through his mess trying to figure it out. Warning...don't do it! Find another orthodontist even if you have to pay a little out of your own pocket.
