Dr. Rita Lossau runs a small one-dentist office. The dentist, assistant, and receptionist are all friendly and chair-side manners are good. The receptionist remembers everybody's name and even a lot of personal information about each patient. While there, I have had dental cleanings, fillings, filling replacements, and a bridge replacement. Most procedures were done well. The dental cleanings are a little painful for my sensitive teeth, but the results are good. I had a bridge replacement done recently. The bridge has caused me some pain. The dentist has made some adjustments to my bite, but there is still some discomfort. The practice seems to take many types of insurance. I have had a couple billing problems, but those were resolved. Overall, if you are looking for a small, personable practice for general dental work, you may want to check out this office.
