I came to see Dr. Wu for a broken permanent retainer.
(My orthodontist in Texas placed a permanent retainer on my
lower teeth after my braces were taken off.) Prior to the appointment,
the receptionist explained to me over the phone that Dr. Wu does not use
permanent retainers. I understood and the receptionist
scheduled me for a consolation appointment. I took off a morning
from work, went into the office, a technician took 8 photographs
of my teeth, she then sat me in an office with another receptionist,
and without even being given the chance to see Dr. Wu. She
told me that Dr. Wu does not use permanent retainers and only
recommends plastic guards. That was it. I walked out very frustrated.
Dr. Wu didn't even examine my retainer and offer an alternate solution.
Very poor customer service and unprofessional.

Dr. Wu and his staff are great! Their office is modern, all digital with a great location with ample parking. He takes the time to explain everything and is very nice. I like this office and will be referring my children here!
