Dr. Yoon was very considerate and extremely responsive to all the questions and concerns that I had. He talked me through the procedure which was very helpful and made me a little less anxious. His office staff was exceptional also. I definitely recommend his practice!

He seems to know what he's doing,. but he doesn't communicate with patient and does not do his work in an efficient manner. I went back to his office 5 times for a root canal, definitely will not go back!

My wife and I bounced around through three dentists before we found Dr. Jae Yoon. Over the last 15 years, Jae and his team have been able to roll back years of poor dental hygiene. Our family has had bridges, crowns, braces and retainers in addition to preventive care. The quality of the work is fantastic. 15 years ago, Jae replaced a crown put in by our previous dentist that was put in only two years prior. That crown hasn't given me any problems since. As someone who is extremely pain averse, I highly recommend Dr. Yoon. Excellent pain management. He is incredibly patient with children. Each visit Jae explains to them the importance of brushing and flossing in a way they understand and don't feel patronizing. Neither of my boys dread going to the dentist. I recommend Jae to anyone who has had a bad dental experience.
About Hygienist: Jae's Hygienist staff are top notch. All have excellent chair-side manner. They are pleasant and caring.

Dr. Yoon has been my dentist for over 10 years. Even though I have moved 45minutes away from his office I still make the trip to go see him. I have thin enamel on my teeth and have needed several root canals. Dr. Yoon is an honorable dentist and takes pride in his work. He has good morals and does not overcharge or push to have unnecessary work done. Although I do not like to get root canals done he keeps me at ease with his patience and sense of humor. The office staff is always friendly, courteous, and welcoming. They are extremely helpful by working with the insurance companies. I will continue to recommend Dr. Yoon and his office and appreciate his expertise.
About Hygienist: Every hygeinist I have had has always been very nice and concerned with how I am doing.

He is the best dentist in my life! He's the first dentist who actually treated my teeth without any pain. I started to see him with emergency visit and he totally got me out of pain after the first visit. Since it was one my front teeth I was very concerned, but he replaced it to even better looking. I am extremely confident with my smile now. I was afraid of shots, but it never hurt when he gives me a shot. The employees are nice they always welcome patients with smile. Dr. Yoon has magic hands. He is a very talented dentist. I definitely recommend him!

The doctor has dramatic mood swing. His service was basically too poor, in terms of hospitality, when he was in a bad mood. He didn't give qality explanation after the treatment like things to do and avoid. But, when he was in a good mood, he was even making jokes with patients. The doctor is often late.

I have finally decided to switch for another dentist because I totally agree with the patient review no. 1 and 2 that this doctor is running behind, cares more about himself than his patients and the customer service is very poor, since Dr. Yoon sometimes doesn't even bother to explain the treatment. After the failed root canal (which he had done) one of my teeth had to be extracted and he was laughing as if it was not a big deal. Well it was his fault that the root canal failed in the first place. After I lost this tooth I told him that I'd like to have an implant to replace it. He totally ignored my wish and filed two healthy teeth surrounding this tooth and placed a temporary bridge over it. So instead of loosing one I have lost 3 teeth thanks to him. Not long ago I finally switched to my husband's dentist who is wonderful and therefore I will never go back to Dr. Yoon's office.

Dr Yoon is NEVER on-time. He has this attitude like his customers should consider themselves lucky to have him as a dentist. When I made appointments, I always scheduled first appointment at 9am. Even as the first person there on the day of appointment, I would still never be seen before 9:30am. I finally had enough when I sat there one morning, again the first person there, and finally at 9:30am I was called to the back office where he was sitting in his billing managers office laughing with no regard to the time. In addition, he has no dental hygentist thus does all the cleanings himself and flys through them in 5 minutes (I am not exagerating 5 minutes) with no sensativity to pain and then jets out the door to leave an assistance to do the polishing. I would not recommend him as a dentist to my worst enemy. I do not know why I waited so long to find another dentist but I finally did.

Unsatisfactory experience. Makes you wait for 45 minutes beyond your appt. time EVEN WHEN YOU ARE THE FIRST APPT. OF THE MORNING! He doesn't even bother to come in on time to make his first scheduled apptmnts! All of the work I've had done by Yoon has subsequently failed. Fillings have fallen out, the bridge he put in has disintegrated, and the root canal work underneath had to be re-done by another dentist. As a result of Yoon's work I am unable to chew food at all on one side of my mouth due to pain.

I would not trust anyone but Dr. Yoon with my children!!! He is top notch!!!
