Read Reviews for Dr. Eugene McCullum
Considering that none visit to a dentist can be cheap, pain-free, and stress-free, Dr. McCullum is great. He was honest and focused on priorities. Loved the final results.

Dr. McCullum was my dentist for 9 years while I lived in Baltimore. I was fortunate in that I never had to have anything done but cleaning and x-rays, but he and the staff were always prompt, friendly, and relatively pain free for them. Nothing reassures you like having a dentist tell you your teeth are boring.

Dr. Mccullum is awesome. Once when I had a toothache, I made the mistake of visiting a dentist who was closer to my home. The other dentist had me come in for an appointment, looked at my tooth, said that it needed to come out and wanted me to wait 3 weeks to have it extracted. I said forget this and went to Dr. Mccullum where I was able to get the problem tooth extracted the same day and was feeling much better.
Dr. Mccullum also is relatively inexpensive as I used him a few times when I didn't have dental insurance and his rates were much better than most others in the area.
On a personal level, as a former service member, I find Dr. Mccullum easy to relate with as he has also served his country and I like his efficient manner.

quality of service has consistently decreased over the years. Not respectful of patient rights to decline certain treatments recommended.

I usually have a 10 minute or so wait before they can see me. The place is clean but small, and since it is next to Subway you're greeted by wonderful aromas while waiting to be seen. Parking is very easy even though the office is in Canton at the Can Compnay; I always get a spot right out front.
I have a regular dental hygienist who seems to rush through and is a bit messy, depending on the day. The results are good, but the process can be painful and unpleasant. Your results may vary, depending on who cleans your teeth.
Dr. McCollum always visits at the end, usually for less than 5 minutes to prod at my teeth and give me a clean bill of health. He is very easy-going, never stressful, and cracks jokes. I get sent away with a gift-bag of toothbrush and sample toothpaste and floss.
My insurance, Care First, covers my two cleanings a year, plus x-rays, so I can't speak to cost.
Overall I'd say the office is average in professionalism -- but they get the job done.
