I walked into this office 100% healthy. This "dentist" did unnecessary excessive surgery on two teeth; each with a filling. He said he would save me time and nerve damage and do two crowns at once as preventative care. During his careless surgery, he forced my jaw open so wide for so long (he had my entire head numb), he literally forced the disc out of place in my TMJ causing severe excruciating permanent damage.
I have head, facial, ear, eye, tooth neck, shoulder, back, arm and finger pain. I have headaches every day. I get feelings of dizziness and lose my balance. I frequently have sore throats. My jaw deviates to the right now.
I have been under non-stop medical/dental care since this injury.
His crowns were so huge for my mouth, I was told they look like mushrooms sitting on my teeth. All of his work had to be redone. He never took responsibility or acknowledged his negligence. My dental records were falsely misrepresented. To date, 5+ years later, this has cost me approx. $50,000 and cost me my position in my company. He has taken my life from me. I live in severe chronic pain and on drugs while wearing a splint 24/hrs day.
