Great family dentist. I brought my entire family here, and we were all happy with our dentist selection. Dr. Ngo and her staff were very sweet to our kids. My husband and I had cleanings and fillings done and felt the service here was superb. Thank you Aim Dental for taking good care of all of us. By the way, the doctor has been selected as the top dentist in Houston.

About Hygienist: Dr. Ngo did the cleanings herself, and she did an excellent job.

When we showed up for the appointment they proceeded to tell us about their level 1, 2 and 3 cleanings. This coupon didn't state this information. Then the proceeded to up charge the coupon in excess of 2 to 800 dollars! for a cleaning. My sons teeth are in excellent condition. They cleaned only half of his mouth for the coupon, they wouldn't even floss his teeth that they cleaned!!!!!
About Front Desk: I spoke to Monica on several different occasions the last time I spoke to her i asked for the office manager. She said I could leave a message but couldn't tell me his hours because he only came in checked his messages and leaves. And he doesn't return phone calls. Her attitude on the telephone were very unprofessional.

Dr Ngo was friendly competant and efficient. Her office is very clean and I was seen very quickly. I strongly recommend.

I can't believe I am saying this but fantastic trip to the dentist. Very nice and gentle doctor with very skilled staff. Lots of work done, for very reasonable price, with very little pain, and great results. Will highly recommend to family and co-workers

I have been going to Dr. Ngo for a long time now and think she's a great dentist. She and her staff take the time to answer all of my questions as well as make me feel comfortable when I come see her. They're very knowledgeable and friendly.....A+ for customer service. She's recently moved to a new dental office. The office looks very nice and clean, and it's a very convenient location (Westheimer and Dunvale). I highly recommend this dentist.
