I just had my 2nd visit to this dentist for a standard general cleaning. I was dissapointed the 1st time, and felt more ripped off the 2nd but was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was completely wrong.
She did not do a general check up or standard cleaning as my appointment was for this time or the 1st time, she just said she would give me a sandblast cleaning for only $80. The 1st time I did this, I bled profusely from my mouth and my teeth were tendor and sensitive for 3 days. The 2nd time I told her it hurt too much last time and I wanted a basic general cleaning and she rolled her eyes and said the only other option was bleaching. I agreed to the sandblast, but strangly no blood this time and no sensitivity. Did she even do it?
I have full insurance for a reason, but the only things she was offering were "not covered". She said that those are the only cleanings that are done now- which is weird. She also tried to sell me a $20 tube of toothpaste and acted annoyed when I said it was too expensive. She didnt listen to me.
Overall, I felt ripped off and not cared for at this dentist. I would not recommend seeing her, ever. I am reporting her to my insurance carrier.

If, like me, your choices are limited through an insurance plan, then personalities and service are very important considerations forming a long term relationship with a dentist.
Although Dr. Benji's facilities are hardly space age, and the offices, conveniently located, are far from plush, every person you will interact with is kind, intelligent, and efficient. They are very helpful in your interactions with your insurer, and I have been completely satisfied with every reference provided for more extensive implant/ canal work.
Overall my experience through many years has been outstanding and I have recommended the Dr. to friends and co-workers seeking a dentist.

Treatment was painful; when i complained the dentist berated me. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time because i was afraid, and she berated and belittled me for this. I was traumatized enough that i haven't been to a dentist since. A terrible, terrible experience, the very reason people are afraid of dentists. While i was there a black man came in to apply for a job, and she made racists remarks behind his back, to me in the chair, too. This couldn't have been a more completely miserable experience.
