Dr. Crist seems like a nice man but the estimate, both cost and time, of my child's treatment was incorrect and they want to blame the patient wholly for the misdiagnosis and then charge you extra for furtther treatment. The office manager is the primary problem with this practice. She fancies herself an orthodontist (perhaps a degree by osmosis) and an attorney when you dispute her view. Unfortunate as it may be for Dr. Crist, she alone is a reason to avoid using his services. He never once followed up on our concerns and when we asked to speak with him directly the office manager refused to get him. Such a shame that a single individual can make such a negative difference and that Dr. Crist is seemingly not in control of his office operations.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff who make the appointments and check you in are very nice and you can see the look of empathy on their faces when you have disputes with their office manager.

Dr Crist is a dentist/orthodontist for all the right reasons. He truly cares about what he does and who he does it for. My children absolutely love him as do I! He has an awesome staff that takes the time to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend him, he is a God send.

Couldnt have asked for a better orthodontist!! He makes the whole process very comfortable and he is very reassuring.

Dr. Crist is very detailed, friendly, and knowledgable. His staff is very informative and friendly. I have never had any problem with billing and they take the time to help with insurance problems, if any.

Staff is great. My kids felt like family and were never afraid to go. Dr. Crist is like a father/grandfather with them and his staff urges them gently to be active participants in their care and has a positive re-enforcement system for their compliance. He did both my son and daughter. Very, very pleasant!
