the staff is very friendly, except some of them do not acknowledge your presence and that bothered me. Everyone of the employees should AT LEAST smile at you. I also feel like the girls at the front desk don't really do much. They seem to be off task when i check in. They are very friendly and bubbly, and so helpful when it comes to instructions and asking questions. Very child friendly, it's a tight small office space though, does provide water, coffee and delicious cookies! SUPER EXPENSIVE, would not recommend if you are trying to find a cheaper orthodontist.
