The office staff was very nice, and the tooth cleaning was pretty much like any other dentist. I would have had no complaints if it were just that, however Dr Peretz told me I had FOUR cavities. I had never had a cavity before and when I started asking questions about cavities, they got slightly evasive and only showed me the cavity with a little camera thing (not on my x-ray). At the end of the appointment they also told me I needed to buy a $20 special mouthwash to avoid future cavities and because I was so freaked out about actually having a cavity I made the dumb mistake and bought it.
I wanted to have a second opinion since I had never been here before and was having an uneasy feeling about how the appointment ended. The second dentist I went to told me I had ZERO cavities. I don't know if Dr Peretz was scamming me or if they are actually not able to tell the difference between a tooth stain and an actual cavity, but either way I will NEVER go back.

Have been treating gum disease here. I suppose the overall treatment is still a success. Pain is acceptable. Facilities are good. Staffs are helpful. The only problem is my insurance does not cover most of the treatment the dentist recommend, which I have to pay out of my own pocket.
