Dr. Irwin took over the practice of another dentist so I was passed along with that practice. On one occasion I went in with a complaint of pain and the dentist stated there were two cavities to be filled. When i went in for the filling, she could no longer find both cavities. She filled one which lasted all of two weeks and I had to return only to have the procedure repeated with a bit of pain for the overall time. Since I have never had any problem with my teeth since, I am concerned that the initial finding of two cavities was a way to charge me for unnecessary work.
