Dr. Halpern is a competent, pleasant dentist who works hard to save my teeth. He stresses preventive care and catching problems early. He often does the teeth cleaning, checking carefully for problems. He has treated cavities and done fillings and crowns for me, always with the utmost care and concern for me. He is very good at explaining his procedures and why he chooses to do them, and allows me to understand and buy in to his treatment. He has been very good at numbing the treatment area, seldom has he had to provide additional shots after the initial process. He referred me to an endodontist (Dr. Kenneth Tittle, in the same complex) who did an excellent job when I needed a root canal. I recommend him highly.
