problems with insurance coverage and uninsured work . Example, replace lower partial including all teeth should cost $330. Per Dr. Barlow $330 includes two teeth additonal teeth will be $85 per totaling over $1000. Keep in mind it is not just the cost but the aggravation with dealing with a dentist and an office assistant shaking their head no, no, no teeth are not included. Called insurance, yes they are. Another example, does a filling and charges extra for under gum work? Also, my mother had an appointment to replace teeth in her partial, the assistant dropped her appointment put someone else in that time slot. Instead of making the other person wait, my Mom who had the original appointment had to wait. Dr. went to Europe and made my Mom wait another month to complete the work.
