Both Drs. Ryan and Rafferty are awesome dentists. It's a mom and daughter team. I pay a little more for my children to go to these dentists, and it's worth every penny. The children do not mind going to the dentist. They are not scared, like I was (and still am) of the dentist. They explain all the procedures to the kids, in kid lingo, and make them feel very comfortable about the entire situation. At first, when seeing that they work on patients all in one big room, I was a little concerned. I thought that my kids would get nervous if they were in the same room with a bunch of screaming kids. You know, I never heard one kid cry while they were there. They do give the kids "happy gas" before any procedure, this helps tremendously. This also concerned me at first, but they give so little nitrous oxide and the kids never have fallen asleep on it or had any adverse reaction. So I feel good with the process.
In regards to billing, I have not had problems with their side. They give you detailed statements of everything that will be billed at every visit. I can only say good things, great things about them.
