Had 3 procedures on a tooth to try and save it; all three procedures were EXTREMELY PAINFUL!!! Was not given enough novacaine in all 3 to help one little bit! It was worse than any kind of Chinese torture a person could endure. When asked why they were so stingy with the novacaine, I was given absolutely no explanation. I thought it may have been a shortage, an increase in price, or was only given to the wealthy clients. No explanation whatever, so I figured they no longer wanted me as a client, so I would not return to this office if it was the last dental office in the world.
About Hygienist: One hygienist in particular is very good.

Dr Murphy
Is the"Best"
Dr Murphy had to correct the work of another local dentist who install 9 implants improperly .
It's never easy nor desirable to correct someone else poor work.
However Dr Murphy is exceptional .....He trully love his craft and my new smile is a testimony to the fact that "He is the Greatist"

Dr. Murphy is amazing. After being assualted and having two front teeth knocked out, he came into the office, with an assistant, at 10PM to perform emergency procedures. He actually put the two teeth concerned back in. I had many follow-up appointments after this experience, including two root canals, etc. Simply put he did great work. Other dentists are amazed that he was able to put in my original teeth after two hours.
I live in Atlanta now, so no longer go to Dr. Murphy, but he really does great work and is very dedicated. Dr. Wetzel, also in his office, has been good to me as well. If you want a dentist who is really cutting edge on technology, and knows the latest and greatest techniques, this is your guy. If you want a friendly and efficient office staff, this is your dentist. If you take a look at their website, you will see that he has a great background, and has taught dentistry before. In sum, he really knows what he is doing and how to do it.
Every year, Dr. Murphy and his staff get a holidays card thanking them for helping me on that night. Three years later, my original teeth are still in place. Thanks Dr. Murphy!
