Dr. Evans is a first rate Prosthodontist! One of the best dentists I've even had the privilege of meeting. He's treated me very well over the years and is a perfectionist in his work of making crowns.
Unfortunately his front office clerk (named Chrissy or Christy) has an attitude that leaves much to be desired! Arrogant and standoffish are some of her finer qualities as though the patient owes her. She tends to forget that the patient pays the bills and enables her ability to even have a job!
This maybe the most difficult decision I've had to make about keeping Dr. Evans as my dentist since I cannot in good conscience support an office where the front desk clerk is so nasty in attitude.
Dr. Evans please fire the dead-weight as she is only damaging your office's reputation with long standing patients.
