Dr. Ravi is very pleasant and professional. She is excellent at trying to help come up with affordable treatment options. Most importantly, she is excellent with my daughter. She is firm but pleasant and successfully calms my otherwise very skittish 6-year-old. The billing department at Great Brook Valley can be very slow at processing my paperwork, though. It takes at least 4 months to get an EOB after treatment.
