One of the worst customer service. Doctor is good but the receptionist who handle appointments is arrogant & very discourteous. I have appointment for me & my daughter for tomorrow but she calls today to cancel it since I didn't call her to confirm the appointment. I believe anyone who is serving the community should not have this kind of attitude. Its our responsibility to help anyone including DDS to remain humble and have the right attitude to serve their community / customers.

Dr. Shetty has been great. She has treated me & my husband. We have been really happy with her. You would feel really warm & welcome when you visit her.

I have been going to Dr.Shetty for 2 years now. A very warm and friendly person and so is the staff. I started with a half broken tooth and a root canal and it was hell lot better than usual root canal stories. I didnt know when she started with root canal it was as good as pain free. Before any treatment she gives a detailed explanation about what is wrong, how it happens, how can it be fixed and more over how your insurance works. I have been going to her for periodic cleaning and usual cavities. She hears you before the start of any treatment which to me is very important.
I recommended her to 3 of my friends and we all share same views.

Dr. Shetty has great work and professional ethics. Most importantly, she is overall a great dentist. She cares most about the patients well being and the outcome of their teeth, not money. Coming into her office, feels like this: everything is extremely clean, modern, and nicely designed (not overly ornate at all). You are greeted promptly and warmly by the secretary (and sometimes Dr. Shettty would come out herself and personally greet you). During the procedure, she is very conscious of your comfort and makes the experience as painless and soothing as I have ever experieneced in a dentist office. The billing and insurance situation is also taken care of so smoothly, that you practically don't have to worry about anything.
I have a background working in the dental field, and she is great! I highly recommend her without reservations.

Dr. Shetty has been my dentist for the past 5 years. In fact i had gone to several dentists prior to her and I just was not satisfied as they use to charge over and above my dental plan deductibles and well, spend too little a time to do cleanings etc.
Dr. Shetty has opened a new clinic in North San Jose (Berryessa and I-680) which I should say is AMAZING !!
It's a beautiful brand new clinic and matches the incredible service she offers.
Just recently I got my Wisdom tooth cleaned by her and 4 cavities filled. I had a second opinion with another dentist on the wisdom tooth and I was told that I would have to get the tooth removed which would have hurt and cost a lot, but Dr. Shetty managed to work long and hard on the tooth and got it cleaned and filled very nicely. She spent all of 1.5 hrs doing all this, far more than any other Dentist that I have gone to would care to spend time on.
All in all, Dr. Shetty is the dentist I would recommend if you are in the area. Even if you are not from around here and just travel frequently to the South Bay, it's well worth the time spent.

By far the best dentist I have ever been to ! You will never go to anyone else after visiting her. I moved to Texas recently and still fly back to CA for all my dental appointments !! For me, Dr Shetty is well worth the trip. From my very first visit, I got the feeling that she really cares for her patients and she knew what she was doing. I have never felt any pain and never had a complaint with any of her work in over 8 years. Her state of the art dental office feels more like a luxary resort complete with flowing water and relaxing music. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for personalized care from a truely gifted doctor.
