Choose this practice with confidence! I have been a patient of Dr. Boulter for 18 months. Dr. Boulter is a consummate professional. His great sense of humor helps to break the ice and ease the tension. (who isn't tense at the dentist) I speak with confidence when I say; he wants what is best for his patients. He responded to a dental emergency I had on a holiday weekend within minutes of my phone call. I cannot praise him enough. His entire office waiting room, restroom, front desk, examination rooms are all pristine. Dr. Boulter and all his office staff are courteous, helpful, and friendly. All are VERY polite. I consider the doctor and his team to all be gracious and sincere. I had a HORRIBLE experience with my previous dentist and was in the mindset of avoiding all things dental. From the first phone call with Ms. Evelyn and each and every interaction since has been A+. Donna mans the phones and runs the office. She answers phone calls and emails consistently- within less than half an hour!! She is a rock star. She recently sent me a you tube link for my kids to watch to ensure they are using their sonic care toothbrush properly. I would not recommend this dentist to those with "epi" sensitivity or lidocaine allergic reactions. He will not treat you if he cannot use epi because he doesn't believe the sensitivity of the epi or allergic reactions to lidocaine. Save your time and money and go to a dentist that genuinely cares and isn't thinking about himself. Dentists do not have to use epi in shots and there are other numbing medications that can be given to patients.

Best dentist ever! I was referred by a friend and very glad to have found Dr. Boulter. It was a great office, great staff, very clean, super high tech, and affordable! Everyone is so helpful and everything gets explained to you 2-3 times.. from the dentist himself, the assistants, the hygienists, and the front desk...everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Makes you feel very cared for!! Really a great dental practice, would recommend to anyone!!

Absolutely the best dentist in Jacksonville. Dr Boulter has helped us with braces, crowns, gum disease and much more. When we moved to St Augustine, we couldn't find anybody as good as Dr Boulter, so we decided to make the drive to Jacksonville to continue using Dr Boulter for my 4 kids, my wife and me. Dr Boulter uses current technology, stays current on his training, and even helps train others.

Not afraid to get a second opinion from another dentist. Genuinely concerned with all aspects of the patient - when is the last time you had a dentist call you after a major procedure to make sure you were ok? Not pushy - wants to solve the entire problem, not just the symptom. Is understanding of the financial impact of medical care and works with your schedule . Office staff is extremely courteous and pleasant. Always willing to make the extra phone call to the insurance company. Accurate billing each time.
About Hygienist: Hygienists are extremely thorough. Pleasantly remind you of your daily responsibility. Cautious and gentle even during a deep cleaning.
