Went for a consult knowing full well that I need extensive work. I waited over an hour past my time without so much as an "I'm sorry", and he seemed shocked that I might have other things to do. He proceeded to quote a laughable price of almost $40,000 for cosmetic crowns and root canals and then was aghast that I didn't have that much readily available. He refused to even fill cavities or do portions of the treatment in phases, calling it "pointless". He didn't want to talk about options and seemed genuinely put out to have to talk to me. Worst experience at a dentist ever. I am happy to spend money on my dental needs, but I wouldn't see this man again even if he offered to do it for free.
Also the treatment area is cluttered and dusty. Granted he's in the midst of a move but it appears dirty. He also has "therapy dogs" roaming the treatment area which seemed a bit unhygienic...not to mention the screaming McCaw in the back office.
About Front Desk: The receptionist is awesome. She went above and beyond to work with my schedule. If Dr. Rota were more like his staff the office would be great.

About Hygienist: I don't recall her name but she was the best part of the visit. Super sweet and comforting.

Great office. Nice staff and Rota himself is friendly and professional. They definitely aren't the cheapest, but they do an awesome job and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
