Absolutely my favorite doctor!! He knows what he is doing. Tries his hardest to deliver painless work. He is on-time and the office staff is GREAT!!! He is very nurturing and likes to make sure you are comfortable. I could not be happier with his work. ABSOLUTELY recommend him!!

He had me filling out paper work to run my credit for a dental credit card without my knowledge. When i came in for my appt. They hadn't verified my insurance info and therefore charged me out of pocket for a dental polish that took 2 minutes. I paid $50 for it. When i received my EOB from myvinsurance company, i had been charged over $300 for a cleaning! Thos dentist never didxa cleaning. He told me he had to wait until my insurance was verified. I called to talk to him about running my credit without my signature and my dental bill and he hung up the phone. His wife answered when i called back and told me she would call me back about it but she never did. DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST!!

I have always dread going to a dentist. For the first time, the dentist at New Smile Dental really made me comfortable and relieved of any tension that I have always had in the past. Dr. Dounel was great.

When it comes to dentistry, I am the biggest coward. when I met him, he reviewed the procedure and gave me such an ease. I was very impressed with him as well as the office. Everything is very high tech and digital. Staff was nice and I also got a chance to be qualified for monthly payment plan......
