dr bishay and his staff are the most competent ant experienced dentist that my husband and I have found to date, he makes you feel comfortable and secure and the procedures are literally pain free. I highly recommend him for anyone's dental needs at a cost saving firm as well.

Dr Bishay is a vey competent dentist who explained what i needed done to my molar and he did it cheerfully and quickly and with a minimum of pain. i like his demeanor and would easily refer him to anyone i knew.

My Husband asked me to go to him for my annual cleaning and when it was over, my fears about hurting or bleeding was stopped because nothing happened. The dentist checked my xrays and was normal, so I had all four parts of my teeth cleaned by his assistant who took her time yet was finished in under an hour!
About Hygienist: Shw was very friendly, calming and nice to deal with. I was taken into the room as soon as I arrived and even though I expected to wait, she started as soon as we both were seated. When she finished, my mouth felt minty fresh, and the smoothness of each one against my tongue felt as if they had been brand new! She knew her business and I will recommend Dr Bishay and his staff for great work done at a fantastic price to all my friends and family.

Worst doctor ever. He did treatments on both of my kids and he has done them wrong. As a result, both kids had inflictions and ended up removing teeth that were just fine before his horrible treatment. He also billed our insurance for services he never provided. We filled complaints with the insurance company and they ended up getting a refund from him. We had the kids seen by many other doctors after the treatment . All of them agreed that the services performed by Dr. BIshay are of horrible quality and that a dental assistant would have done a better job. Also, our insurance sent us to independent doctor for assessment and you should see the assessment report and how it states "unsatisfactory" for each single tooth he treated. The report also showed services Dr. BIshay billed for as " never provided". My kids really really suffered and were not able to eat or sleep without pain reliefs for long period until we got the teeth removed. Also my younger one had frequent bleeding , swelling and fever. His school called us three times to pick him up because of the toothache and bleeding. Just please do yourself a favor and stay away from this doctor
In addition to all that, my husband also got treatment done at the same time my kids did and Dr. BIshay stated that he would waive the copay for my husbands treatment for us as new customers. After we found about the unsatisfactory treatment he did on the kids and our insurance got refund from him, we received a letter from his office saying we would have to pay my husband's copay within 7days or he would send the bill to a collection agency. By the time we received the letter we only had one day left to pay. We paid him and wanted to warn others before they go see this said to be doctor.

BEWARE! ! This dentist does subpar work and then tries to over charge you.

Before I have had the chance of getting to know Doctor and more experience especially the bad one, I decided to write it and quit all together seeing the Doctor in the future. And I have found and read others reviews mostly with ONE STAR and the most important I have read the review that shows:
And for my surprise I was shocked what I have found in his Dental Board of California Department of Consumer Affairs Under the Case No. DBC2011-91 WITH THE Dr. License No 51230 issued in the state of California, here is pdf documents I found on the internet by searching about Dr. Peter Bishay as per other Patient Recommendation, since I thought maybe the other patient just got mad and wrote something in anger, on the top of that he received 20 hrs. of Community Service for each year (3years total probation).

I feel that I was cheated on the Bill which he presented me and make me sign while I was under Anesthesia, my thinking motor skills has been hinder by the Pain Medication I was injected with. He ask me for $7000 for the bridge 15 units?

About Front Desk: The Doctor Was a Dentist and Front Office Clerk in the same time., I have not seen him to wash his hands once. He did change his gloves, but they were like ripped while he was putting them on.

I went in for a cleaning and was in the office for the first time. I was not impressed the wall and floor was dirty. I look over and the dental tray is not clean it has crumbs on it. When it came to the cleaning he only spent 5 minutes and used no mirror, water or scrapper for the teeth. He jabbed me with the electric tooth brush and my visit was done. I was so dissatisfied. Im going back to my old dentist after this experience.
