Front office: dusty, plants dieing, no one at desk to greet.
Dr.: aloof
Front desk: consistently made billing errors and would phone telling me I owed more money, even after I would ask,"Are you sure I'm paid in full?"
Girls would chat with each other while I was standing, waiting to pay the bill and leave. After I finally got their attention I was treated as an annoyance. Won't go back.
About Hygienist: Very nice.

Dr. Curtis and staff are extremely pleasant. We were worked in as new patients the next day. Dr. Curtis himself explains the treatment plan and takes extra time to makes sure you understand it. When my daughter was scheduled for an in-office bleaching appointment and the product didn't arrive, they offered to make in home bleaching trays at no cost in addition to the one hour procedure.
