Dr. Rehak is an old time dentist that cares about his patients. It is extremely easy to get an appointment, usually within the same week for routine cleaning. It is a small office that caters to its patients. Dr. Rehak is careful to explain everything - and lets you know what he is concerned about. He even has a camera and shows you the problem on a tv. He is extreme gentle when it comes to doing proceedures, and takes his time to make you comfortable. He does the cleaning himself, and only has an assistant as "extra hands."
There are never any waiting times, as they schedule patients with enough time to finish. I went in for a cleaning, and he filled a cavity at the same visit so I wouldn't have to come back. I came to my appointment 20 mins early once and was taking back right away. The waiting room is extremely comfortable with large, plush leather chairs and couches.
I never had any issues with billing, and they do accept insurances. An actual person answers the phone - which is always a plus! Everytime I have been there, the same person is at the front desk, and she is extremely professional and personable.
