Dr. Ross has been a great orthodontist for me. He is part of Orthodontic Care Specialists, which has over a dozen offices in the twin cities. This made it super convenient because I could go to whichever office was most convenient for me at a given time. He's not overly friendly, but he is very knowledgeable and did a great job working with the other dental professionals (in other specialties) caring for me. He also made a point to ask me how I felt my progress was coming along and if there was anything I was concerned about at every appointment. The dental assistants are great there too - especially Billie (my favorite!). I know they must see a lot of patients and she always seems to remember me and whatever it was we talked about the last time I was in. I would definitely recommend Dr Ross and Orthodontic Care Specialists.
