About 4 months ago I took my daughter here to see if she needed braces after her dentist told her she did. The first visit was very impressive and I was convinced that we were going to be coming back. The second visit was a totally different experience. There were 4 or 5 employees at the front desk as we walked in and not one looked at us to say hello. We proceeded to sign in and sat for 20 minutes without even a glance in our direction. The girls behind the desk were yacking about their personal lives and completely ignoring us. I asked how much longer our wait would be and they had no idea. We waited an additional 10 minutes and finally just left! Their prices are substantially higher than the Ortho we decided to go to. Probably to pay for the high tech atmosphere of their waiting room and theater/tv''s! I would much rather have personalized, caring service and a simple waiting room and treatment area.
