Dr. Pafford's office is beautiful, and he does an amazing job. I had a completely pain free, successful root canal on a very complex tooth with him. I had to revisit his office for a consultation, this time on a tooth that could not be saved - and he was thorough and professional, and very honest. I would not consider seeing anyone else!
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is phenominal - nice, efficient, accomodating.

Cost: The cost was about the same as anywhere else for the most part. I gave 2 stars because I feel that is average.
Facilities: The building was pretty nice. The waiting room was quiet and peaceful. The room where the procedure was held was neat and clean. I gave 3 stars because it was nice but not health spa quality.
Customer Service: The lady up front was not the most friendly, she was just short and seemed pre occupied. The assistant that seated me was okay, then again she was not much for words. The Dentist was nice I guess, but he seemed a bit annoyed. Maybe I'm just sensitive.
Pain/stress: Overall not bad. I guess I can't really blame the stress on the Dentist. I was pretty stressed out over the procedure.
Treatment Success: Well, two weeks later my tooth seems to be doing well. So, I consider this a success.
Overall: It's not that I don't recommend Dr. Pafford, I'm sure my review would be similar had I gone elsewhere. Maybe I'm just use to my Dentist where everyone is super friendly and makes me feel like family.

The atmosphere is relaxing; professionalism and friendliness were evident from beginning to end. If I had another endodontic dental problem, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for treatment.

The office is very professional, and the staff is amazing! The office got me in right away, and I was treated the same day.
The office is beautiful, with a great view of Atlanta. I was mostly impressed with all of the technology the doctor has, making my root canal as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!!
