I have been a patient of Dr. Kiai for quite some time now and he has always shown the utmost class and professionalism in his practice. Dr. Kiai has treated my whole family and we are incredibly pleased with the way he has treated us as his patients. I highly recommend him!

The place did in fact look like a health spa, but I'd say there is a reason for that. Got a second opinion the need for a deep cleaning that Dr. Kiai highly recommended and I was told by the second Dr. that that recommendation was bogus. He said my teeth and gums are pretty hard to make money off. Meanwhile, Dr. Kiai wanted to charge me for a $2000 package deal (where my insurance would cover half... and mind you a deep cleaning with my co-payments would only cost about $200, but he wanted to give me 2 cancer screenings, a fancy toothbrush, etc in this "package deal"). He's very friendly and maybe he wanted my teeth and gums to be in absolute perfect condition, but I'm a realist. I don't smoke, in my mid-20s and and thus I probably don't need 2 cancer screenings! If you have money to blow and want to make sure your teeth and gums are in tip-top shape then go right for Dr. Kiai. He did not fit my needs nor budget.

My entire family has had consistently excellent dental care with Dr. Kiai for many years. I've recommended him to my friends and co-workers without reservation. He's extremely gentle, thorough, concerned and caring. His office is among the most modern and well-kept -- and his staff are friendly, attentive and always professional. I appreciate that he is always up-to-date on the newest, state-of-the-art dental practices and makes an effort to carefully communicate what he's doing while constantly checking on my comfort level when in his chair.

AMAZING! From the first time I went into their office I was confidant and relaxed. YES! Relaxed...try having a shiatsu massage before you see the dentist. They have it! Dr. Kiai is the BEST! He is VERY VERY good, gentle, affordable and the gals in the office are SUPER! I had many dental issues and required a lot of work. All of it has been taken care of without me having to wait hours to see him. Longest wait was 15 mins. :)

Dr. Kiai is performing a lot of work with me; a crown one week ago. For me, this was major and I was pleasantly pleased with the results. The atmosphere is very professional. There is more for us to do and I am not worried at all. I left my previous family dentist of 30 years looking for a dentist closer to home and very happy to have found Dr. Kiai.

Dr. Kiai and his staff provide a clean warm environment for dental care that make me feel at ease about being in his care. I've had everything from cleanings to root canals done and have been extremely satisfied with all. More importantly, I haven't had to return for follow up work! As a person who's avoided dentist for the majority of my life, I strongly recommend Dr. Kiai and his staff.
