Biggest problem? You can't get an appointment. I needed work on all 4 quadrants of my mouth, and it took almost a year to get to the last one--even when I made appointments two or three months in advance or tried to schedule many at once, I could never get them less than a month apart. When I got an infection in my in-process root canal that cracked the tooth, I was told by the desk to just go ahead and come in for my scheduled appointment a week and a half later even though I was in a lot of pain, because they couldn't squeeze me in.
Later, for restoration of the aforementioned root canal, she filed through a poorly-molded crown trying to make it fit with my bite, then refused to send it back for recasting--I now have a large spot on the top of my tooth with metal showing through.
Check your billing with them--mine was screwed up. Not very reassuring of fearful patients, but the best at giving anesthetic shots that I've ever had. Office is quite sleek and fancy. Good for preventative care, the occasional cavity, but look elsewhere for emergencies or intensive work if you'd like it taken care of sometime that calendar month.
About Hygienist: Staff is great--I lost a temp filling and one who was on her way out the door in the evening stayed and worked on my mouth (the temp wouldn't seem to stick) for quite some time after she'd planned to be home. Office staff. . . *waggles hand*. . . not as much. Much of my opinion of them may be based on the difficulty I had scheduling appointments or with their billing inconsistencies--most of the time they were quite nice, but a few times significantly less so.

The dentist and hygienists are very nice. The hygienist I had was great. She was very friendly and didn't hurt me when she flossed my teeth. The dentist is nice, but average. My biggest complaint is there billing department. It takes months to get the insurance adjustments and then they charged me a late fee because they didn't do the insurance adjustments in a timely manner. It's very frustrating and has happened two of the three times I have been there. The facilities are nice, recently remodeled.
