I had an extreme toothache on Christmas day! I called several dentists but only Dr. Gandhi called me back. she opened her office to see me that day. She explained what was going on, offered me choices, and gave me a plan of action and enough pain medication to get me through the night. She provided referrals for treatment the next morning and insisted that I call her and let her know what was going on. I cannot say ENOUGH how grateful I am to Dr. Gandhi for her compassion and care. She was warm and kind, was able to put me at ease and make me believe it would get better. She is WONDERFUL.

Dr Gandhi has carried out extensive dental work for me,
including extractions, fitting upper and lower partial dentures, maintaining fillings in two front teeth until they needed crowns.
Crowns designed and created meticulously and look fantastic.
Nothing is too much trouble for Dr. Gandhi . She and office staff are wonderfully kind and helpful and I would recommend her highly to others.

When I first went to Dr. Gandhi, my upper front teeth were in really terrible shape! Some were broken, some were missing. She did thorough and extensive work including root canals, posts and caps of all teeth and a bridge. My appearance and confidence has improved 100% which is important as I re-enter the job interview circuit! The overall treatment was a tremendous success! It was pain and worry free. The cost was reasonable considering the extensive and complex work that was done. Dr. Gandhi's chair-side manners were excellent, she was very kind, calm and re-assuring. The office staff was also a great help. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gandhi's services to anyone who had the same problem I did when I first went to see her - You will be amazed at the results!
About Front Desk: Lisa Murphy does an outstanding job for Dr. Gandhi. She was very accomodating whenever I needed to reschedule an appointment. She was also very helpful getting me information regarding the shuttle bus I had to taxi to get to the Mt. Ida campus in Newton Center. She also did a great job working with my Insurance Company, Delta Dental, in making sure I was able to receive the maximum coverage. She also has a very pleasant and professional phone and personal manner.

About Hygienist: There were three Hygienists working for Dr. Gandhi during the period I went to her. All were excellent, courteous and professional. They were also gentle and very thorough. I always felt like I had a clean mouth afterwards.

Let mebegin by saying I do not like dentists. THey usually make me uncomfortable and sometimes cause more pain than they help. Dr. Ghandi is in a catagory all her own. Dr. Ghandi opened her office for me on a Saturday afternoon because I was in extreme pain. She removed a molar and wisdom tooth in under 35 minutes. She not only freed me of my pain, she treated me with gentle hands and a respectful attitude. I would recommend her to anyone who needed dental work. She is truely an extrodinary doctor who cares about the well being of her patients. The cost of treatment was extremely reasonable considering it was an emergency appointment.

Dr. Gandhi has repaired my partial, stabilized a loose tooth, and pulled a tooth. She has always given me clear options on what can be done. When an endodontist could not do a root canal on a broken tooth, Dr. Gandhi was there to pull the tooth. This saved me another trip to the dentist and another deadening. She has been very patient and persistent in working with my dental insurance. We work together to come up with the best solution that fits my budget. I would recommend Dr. Ganhdi.
About Hygienist: The Dental Hygienist in the office is very good and pleasant.

I do not normally rate health and dental care professionals, but this dentist gets an exception. Do not give her your business. She is sloppy in her technique, acts unprofessionally, and cannot properly administer Novocaine. For example, she throws her tools on your chest while she works, snaps at her assistants, does not wear a face mask, and will cause your gums to bleed if she administers Novocaine. I had to undergo an entire procedure without numbing the last time I saw her and could not go to work for the day. I was in TERRIBLE pain, cried regularly, all because she could not administer Novocaine. She did not even apologize and, in a way, acted as though she wasn't hurting me. This dentist needs to go back to school or quit her practice. Dental care is too costly to support practitioners like her.
