No procedures performed. Just took an x-ray (same, identical to the one taken by my dentist and that he and his staff ignored) to tell me that I needed a CT scan. No oral exam done. Ten minutes total. Fully charged. Wasted money and time taken off at work.
About Front Desk: Beware of the office staff. They will tell you they will acquire all your records and images from the referring dentist. But they will not. Then they will tell you that they re-take x-rays anyway, even if you just had them taken few days earlier and you have them handy. Also lied about having requested your records or images from the referring dentist. Poor professional ethic.

Very customer focused, expalined everything, answered my questions, kept me very comfrontable throughout the procedure, highly recommend and if I should have another problem tooth will return.

Thoroughly professional and highly competent, at the same time personable & humane. Dr. Or rick and his staff instill confidence & treat one with courtesy, grace, and respect from entrance to exit. I underwent a root canal. I've had root canal before, and believe my treatment here met the highest standard.

Very nice Dr. and staff. I was very afraid of getting a root canal, but Dr. Orrick really took good care of me. I called around to other endodontic offices, and the price seemed fair. When it comes to your health, I am not looking for the cheapest guy in town, but the best - and Dr. Orrick is simply the best!!
