She is very enthusiastic when you walk into the dental office. She knows what she is doing and likes to take care of my cavities right away. Other dentists I had did not care about me as a patient. I am very glad I found this dentist for my children and me.

About Front Desk: She is very friendly to us on the phone and in person.

About Hygienist: Is always smiling when she calls me back.

everybody so very helpful, dr.Z is taking her time to explain in details about procedure. im happy with all they work, always so flexible with scheduling, don't charge me once for been late like in the other offices..so friendly, work with your payments, helpful, flexible, no waiting but if you do Dr.Z is generous in respect for time

I love coming to this dental office. The dental assistant, Ms. Debra, is so gentle and cares about the patients sore/sensitive teeth. Dr. Zafarano always does great work on my teeth as well. She will work around my schedule and is very respectful to her patients.I suggest choosing this dental office for all your dental needs.

About Front Desk: Luda was hard to understand and likes to fight with the dental assistant. She also rolls her eyes at the dental assistant and comes in at the end of the day.

About Hygienist: All the hygienists are very knowledgeable and will prevent your teeth from hurting. I have very sensitive teeth and this office avoids discomforting the patients.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Zafarano for 6 years. She is extremely meticulous, conscientious, makes the visit pain free, and explains every step of the procedure. The hygienists are very caring and professional. The receptionist is a real gem in dealing with insurance companies and in scheduling appointments with other dental specialists. They all make you feel that they care and do a great job. Ilonka

Dr. Virginia is very gentle, personable and has a professional approach. She explains clearly the details of any procedure and also looks at your overall health before beginning a treatment plan. I recommend her highly. She gets the job done in an efficient manner and is affordable. Her staff are very competent. Before any procedure you're given a complete rundown of what your insurance covers and what your share is. My husband and I are very satisfied with her excellent care. Ilonka N.
