I've been coming here off and on for over 15 years and I don't think I've ever seen the bottom half of his face. Nice guy, explains everything clearly. I had a problem with clenching my jaw at night so he made me a mouth guard and explained that it was probably due to stress, and showed me where to massage my jaw joints.
About Front Desk: The ladies at the desk make it really easy to schedule the next appointment, and they understand that you might need to reschedule because you don't know what your schedule will be six months from now.
About Hygienist: Different hygienist each time but they're always nice, and not too rough with the scrapey thing, which I appreciate. And they don't give me a weird look after they ask me if I floss regularly.

He takes his time with me, explaining any problems in detail. I have complete confidence in him and recommend him to my friends.

Good listener, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Takes a genuine interest in you (old school approach for someone in his 40s). Use him for general dentistry. Will make room in schedule for same day emergency calls. Highly recommended.
